I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were nicely renovated and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the metro and skytrain stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was also conveniently close to the shopping mall and nearby attractions. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff who provided really good service.

The hotel is conveniently located near the skyline and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Terminal 21 mall. The rooms are spacious with a large TV, and the bathroom includes a huge bath and walk-in shower. the hotel offers complimentary bottles of mineral water and a TUK TUK shuttle service. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of American, Thai, and English options.

The room was well equipped with USB ports and power points. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods. The location was convenient and close to the sky train station. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were kinda surprised by the attention to detail at Well Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good surprise of complimentary bath salts and gifts for our child. The breakfast spread was amazing and the rooftop swimming pool provided a refreshing escape. The location was ideal for exploring the city and the staff were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bangkok.
